Gaith Kawar

Director of Design at Claris, Apple Inc

Gaith Kawar is a design executive with extensive experience in the tech industry. He currently serves as Director of Design at Claris, Apple Inc since April 2020. Prior to joining Apple, he held the position of VP of Product Design at SAP for over 6 years. His career in design spans over two decades, beginning with his role as Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, Jordan. Gaith was also the co-founded of Zero3 digital design, Taktek Games as well as other startups. Gaith’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Design from Applied Science University, a Master’s Degree from Northumbria University, and a Professional Certificate from Stanford University. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gaith also tinkers in his local makerspace creating wood art.
